2008 - 2009 Calendar

Here's how it works: First, choose a two person or three person room. Then, choose your weekends as follows:

Quarter Shares: please choose A, B, C, or D.
Half Shares: please choose two sets of weekends from A, B, C, or D.
Full Shares: all weekends.

You are guaranteed a bed on your scheduled weekend (Friday & Saturday). And, you have first priority for bringing guests.
NOTE: There will be limited availability for guests on "C" weekends due to the popularity of those weekends.

Making Up Weekends and Holidays

Weekends may be swapped between shares, but cannot be substituted by guests. If you cannot make a weekend, we have a message board and mailing list set up that you can use to trade your weekends. Also, if the house is not full on any weekend, you are welcome to make up any weekends you may have missed.

Holiday weekends and special events have very limited space and are generally open to shares on those weekends only or those that have swapped in to those weekends. Guest space is also extremely limited on these weekends.

Weekday Use

Everyone is welcome to use the house during the week on a first-come, first-served basis. Just let us know when you've made your plans. There may be a charge for extended stays to cover added utility bills.
